Associate General Counsel, VP, Privacy
Courtney serves as Associate General Counsel and provides legal support to multiple functional areas of the company, including consumer, enterprise, and international operations; litigation; human resources; and corporate functions, in addition to overseeing the company’s data privacy program. Prior to joining the company in 2018, she served in other in-house counsel positions in both corporate and litigation roles with Macy’s, Inc. and Centric Group (n/k/a TKC Holdings). Courtney obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelors in Journalism, and her law degree from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. She also obtained her MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. She lives in St. Louis with her husband and children.
